My to do list to spec it out to "showroom":
New 7way plug (wiring throughout is good)
Hammer out the front metal
Diamondplate the front and wheelwells to match
Replace missing window
Spray bedliner on bottom 2' of interior walls or treadplate (or treadplate the first third)
Replace wheel for jack
The real ambitious might sandblast, paint,and decal, but its perfectly sound as it sits.
