Mid-teens Gaited Appaloosa gelding

Bubba is in his late teens or early 20's (best guess). He has been ridden by young &/or inexperienced people a great deal. He is slowly going blind. Due to the loss of his eyesight, he needs a setting that will ensure his safety.

He is about 15-16 hands. Ideal therapy horse; very calm and loves attention. Likes to be around people and does well with other horses. He goes with the flow and will follow other horses.

He is available to a qualified home, with the understanding that if he be returned to the owner if he is no longer useful. He is healthy (other than his sight) and easy to keep fat. The veterinarian said his optic nerve still responds to light, but he can not determine the extent of his loss of sight. Owner would need to visit the new home and have access to future visits as the new home could permit.
