This is a 10 yo AQHA bay mare, "Sparkle Dun It." She is a proven broodmare (4 flawless babies) and has 12 months professional reining training and years of pleasure riding on trails and with many kids under saddle. Her babies are all headed to show and perform and are exceptionally quiet, friendly, and trainable.
She is extremely quiet for all manner of handling (kids, baths, etc). Stays barefoot and can be booted for hard, rocky trails of extended duration. Rides bitless in a noseband bridle; very lowheaded. Knows "whoa" extremely well. Can also ride with a bit in more knowledgeable hands.
Sparkle was not shown due to arthritis in her hocks after training. It does not prohibit her from regular riding by smaller riders (200# max including saddle weight) and she is sound at all three gaits. Aggressive gaming work and jumping would be her only limitations.
She is available for freelease wherein vetting, farrier, worming, board, and feed are the responsibility of the lessee. Owner stipulates maintainance of a $5000 insurance policy on her (usually about $10-12/month) for duration of the lease. Breedlease is also available to approved stallions.
Sparkle is not available for sale; her owner is pregnant and not currently riding so is seeking useful options for her sweet mare. She is coming off a breedlease this year and is ready for a new job! Many, many more photos; just ask!
